Naomi’s House
Naomi’s House provides care for first-time pregnant teenagers in an effort to improve maternal health.  Naomi's House is a safe and nuturing environment delivering the following services:

  • Case Management and Care Coordination plan developed, implemented, and assessed.
  • Health Education classes addressing prenatal care, newborn care, parenting, substance abuse, illness/disease, and more.
  • Community Health Outreach events that raise awareness of maternal care, family health issues and domestic violence.
  • Mentoring relationships that direct and address the different phases of pregnancy, motherhood and personal development.
  • Transitional Housing that provides temporary housing and a 3-Phase improvement program.

"Club 180" A Youth SAFE Haven
Our goal and mission is to provide a safe atmosphere for youth and young adults. At Club 180, youth can gather and participate in structured activates that are designed to develop and maintain healthy relationships, emphasize safety, structure and self-worth. We provide crisis intervention services which include but not limited to: mentoring, abstinence and substance abuse education, parenting and growing through loss classes.  The recreational programs include but are not limited to: arcade games, movies, concerts, dances, poetry readings, and group discussion/forums that engage youth while specifically addressing peer related issues, and much more!. Club 180 is a place where both character and relationships are built.

Bread of Life
Bread of Life is a food assistance program that is dedicated to serving and providing grocery/food items to individuals and families. The program started in 1994 and has grown to serve hundreds of families and supporting agencies in and throughout the state of Indiana.

Additionally, Bread of Life provides specialty baskets during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday season.
