What is Angel Food Ministries?
Angel Food Ministries is a non-profit, non-denominational organization dedicated to providing grocery relief to communities throughout the United States. Angel Food's greatly discounted groceries are sold in a quantity that can fit into a medium-sized box for only $30 per box. Each month's menu is different than the previous month and consists of both fresh and frozen items valued at $60-$70 on average.
Who qualifies?
Everyone -- there are no applications or qualifications to order Angel Food. Buyers of all income levels are welcome because increased purchases help keep costs down for the benefit of low-income buyers. Higher income buyers are encouraged to purchase an extra unit for donation to a needy family of your choice.
Where does the food come from?
Our food is “restaurant grade” meats, frozen vegetables, fruits, dairy products, etc. which we acquire through our involvement with only the best producers/vendors of high quality, “name brand” foods. Never “seconds” or “day old” type products are involved.
How do I place an order?
Payment can only be made with Cash, Check or Money Order at the time you place your order. Food may be ordered at the following locations:

Orders must be picked-up on Distribution Day at Overcoming Church, 2203 N. Columbia Avenue, five blocks east of College from 22nd Street, between the hours of 8:30 am – 10:30 am only. You must bring your receipt in order to pick up your order. No Credits or Refunds for food not picked-up on Distribution Day.
Do volunteers handle all the work?
